Order Status
Once you place your order with Allstar Sporting Goods & Apparel, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know we received your order. Stock uniforms shipped from 1 - 2 weeks. Custom orders 4 -5 weeks. Most items shipped within 72 hours. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified either by phone or email. Product Questions
We make a point to keep our products in stock. However, sometimes circumstances prevent us from having a product when you order it. If you need a product quickly and would like to know if it is in stock before ordering, please feel free to contact us by email at allstars@allstarsporting.com or by phone at 800-559-7036.

If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you within 24hrs either by phone or by email. If you need the product sooner than we can provide it, you may cancel your order and, if you would like us to, we will try to find it for you through one of our competitors. Since we carry a wide selection of products in each area, we are often able to offer you a discount on a similar item in stock.

We would also like to assist you in your product selection process. Allstar makes an effort to provide you with quality products. If you have any questions about a product, you can contact us or read our customer reviews to see what other customers have to say about the items we provide.

Returns Policy

Allstar Sporting Goods & Apparel accepts returns on most products. Please contact us before returning any products! Custom and Special order item are not returnable. If you have a question about whether a product can be returned, please contact us before making your purchase. When you contact us to return a product, you will be given a Returned Authorization or RA number, and the address that your return should be shipped to. An RA number is required for all returns.

Custom orders in process cannot be canceled or returned.

A return can be submitted within 30 days of your receiving the product. Returns are subject of a minimum restocking fee of 15%. To receive credit for a product return, the item must be in new, unused condition. Of course, if a product is defective, we will replace the item at no cost. Please contact us if you are unsure if your product qualifies. If your item was lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we may resolve the matter with the carrier that shipped your order.

Allstar is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a mistake in your order on our part. In the event that a mistake was made on our part, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item returned. Payment Terms
There are three easy ways to order products from Allstar Sporting Goods & Apparel.

Payment Options

Online. Our online payment system uses a secure server with the most advanced security features, so you don't have to worry about whether your credit card information is safe. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, via Google Express, as well as Paypal.

Checks and Money Orders will be accepted, returned checks will be a $25.00 bank fee.

Email. You can order by emailing us at allstars@allstarsporting.com. Let us know what product you want or have questions about. Include your phone number if you would like us to call you back. Otherwise, we will reply by email.

Purchase Order and Government Orders


Allstar Sporting Goods & Apparel welcomes all business from schools and the government. If you would like to order from us using a purchase order, or if you are purchasing items for the government, please contact us by email at allstars@allstarsporting.com or by phone at 800-559-7036.

RIGHT FOR REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Allstar retains the right to refuse the fulfillment of any order we feel is not valid. We take many precautions to prevent the illegal use of credit cards and will not ship to parties that we think are involved in fraudulent use of currency or credit cards.

Allstar also retains the right to adjust shipping & handling cost accordingly if the order is outside of our normal weight/dimension standards. Any adjustment would have to be approved by the customer.
